혹시라도 당첨자분들 중, 불가피하게 HAPPY SOLAR DAY FAN MEETING 참석이 어려우신 분들께서는
개별적으로 전달드린 폼을 통하여 불참의사를 전달해 주시면 보다 많은 팬분들이 아티스트를 만나보실 수 있도록
참석 불가 인원에 한하여 추가 추첨을 진행할 예정입니다.

참석을 희망하시는 경우 별도의 폼 제출은 진행하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

[ 입장 주의 사항 ]
- 앨범 구매 시 배송 메시지란에 기재하신 "참석자 정보" 기준으로 본인 확인이 진행됩니다.
- 공연 참여 시 티켓 교환처에서 해당 당첨 문자 원본 혹은 메일 원본과 본인 확인을 위한 생년월일이 기재된 신분증을 지참 바랍니다. (주민등록증, 여권, 학생증, 운전면허증 등)
- 공연 참여는 당첨자 본인만 참석 가능합니다.
- 공연 당첨권은 타인에게 양도 절대 불가합니다.
- 가족 이름으로 참여 시 가족 관계 증명서를 지참 바랍니다.
- 본인 확인이 되지 않을 경우 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

[ 기타 주의 사항 ]
- 이벤트 기간에 구입한 앨범은 취소, 환불이 불가합니다.

First of all, thank you for participating in the HAPPY SOLAR DAY FAN MEETING application, and congratulations on winning.
We would like you to check the instructions at the bottom of this message to enjoy the performance without any inconvenience

If any of the winners are unable to attend, please let us know that you will not attend via form.
Then, we plan to draw an additional draw as many people as canceled so that more fans can meet the artist.

If you wish to attend, you do not have to submit a separate form.

[Entrance Notice]
- Ticket Distribution Location: ILCHIARTHALL Lobby (B2) Ticket Booth
- Ticket Distribution Time: February 21, 2024, 6:30 PM ~ 8:15 PM (kst)
- Entry Start Time: February 21, 2024, 7:30 PM (kst)

[Entrance Precaution]
- The identity verification will proceed based on the "purchaser(applicant) information" entered during the album purchase.
- When attending the fan meeting, you must bring the original message or e-mail related to the win and an officially verified ID card such as Resident registration card, license, passport, student ID, foreigner registration card, etc..
- You can't give away the winning ticket for the fan meeting to others. If caught, the winning may be canceled without prior notice, and the organizer will not be responsible for the damage caused by this.
- If you participate under the family name, please bring a family relationship certificate.
- If you can’t identify yourself, you may be restricted from entering.

[Other precautions]
- Albums purchased during the event cannot be canceled or refunded.
